09:00 Am Pick Up From Hotel In Delhi / Gurgaon / Noida

Your Old and New Delhi City Tour will begin at 8 AM and last for about 8 hours. Anytime between 8AM and 11AM is a good time to begin this tour. Your driver and guide will pick you up from the Delhi airport or hotel and take you to the starting point of your Old and New Delhi Sightseeing Tour. Discover India’s capital city and have the opportunity to visit its most significant landmarks.

In your Old and New Delhi city, first you will cover Old Delhi city. Places you will visit in Old Delhi is Jama Masjid, also known as Friday Mosque. It is one of the largest mosques in India, built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan. Then move in to the busy streets of Chandni Chowk by Rickshaw Ride (Tuk Tuk Ride) . Chandni Chowk is also known as the heart of Old Delhi, it is a busy area with markets of spices, dry fruits, silver jewellery, sarees and much more. Then proceed to visit Red Fort, take the pictures of Red Fort from outside, it is served as the main residence of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan when he shifted his Mughal capital from Agra to Delhi.

Now proceed to a posh, multi-cuisine restaurant for a lunch break.

Afterwards, continue on to the New Delhi City Tour. You will go to the mausoleum of the Mughal Emperor Humayun, known as Humayun’s mausoleum. The Indian Subcontinent’s first garden-tomb, so to speak. You will then go to India Gate, a military memorial honoring British Indian soldiers who lost their lives in conflicts between 1914 and 1919. After that, drive through the Parliament Building and halt at Qutub Minar, a minaret and victory tower that is also a World Heritage Site. The Lotus Temple, a Bahai House of Worship, is the final stop. If time permits, include Gurudwara Bangla Sahib, one of the most well-known Sikh temples in Delhi, as a second location in your itinerary.

The Old and New Delhi City Tour will end between 5:00 and 6:00 PM. Go return to your accommodation in Delhi.
